Join as a QA Automation Tech Lead

In this role, you'll guide a team of QA professionals in developing and executing advanced automation strategies. Your responsibilities include:

1. Setting quality benchmarks.
2. Leading automation projects.
3. Ensuring the alignment of testing practices with overall development goals, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.

Here’s what we are looking for:

1. 5+ years of experience with QA Automation.
2. Experience with mobile app testing for iOS and Android platforms.
3. Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
4. In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
5. Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
6. Strong experience in application security best practices.
7. Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
8. Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
9. Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
10. Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
11. Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
12. Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
13. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
14. Fluent Spanish level.
