Job Summary:

This is a full-time, fully remote working opportunity. You will be working as part of a Scrum team, collaborating closely with software developers, product managers, and fellow QA engineers. This position requires availability aligned with US time zones. Your input will play a critical role in shaping and ensuring the quality of mobile applications in production, both for Android and iOS platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile applications (Android and iOS)
• Develop and execute mobile test automation scripts using Appium
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to validate mobile functionality, usability, and performance
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements
• Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to identify and resolve issues
• Maintain and improve CI/CD testing pipelines for mobile
• Ensure mobile apps meet high standards of quality, reliability, and responsiveness
• Participate in Scrum meetings and contribute to product quality from early development stages

Minimum Qualifications:

• Advanced level of written and oral English proficiency
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on mobile application testing
• Proven hands-on experience with Appium for mobile test automation
• Strong understanding of Android and iOS app testing practices
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitrise, Firebase, GitHub Actions)
• Comfortable with tools like JIRA, GitHub, Postman
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and Agile development principles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or other automation frameworks
• Exposure to backend/API testing
• ISTQB or other QA certification
• Yearly Office Allowance Budget
• MacBook Purchase Support
