We are seeking a skilled Mobile DevOps & Security Engineer to join our team and enhance our cross-platform mobile application infrastructure. Our company, Griot Platforms, is on a mission to make deep reflection accessible to everyone for self-inspiration, self-transformation, and self-healing. GRIOT is built on philosopher John Dewey's insight that "we do not learn from our experiences... we learn from reflecting on experiences."We are currently in stealth mode and would like to hire someone to help our launch efforts. The team is spread across the US, Europe and Brazil (the latter is where most of our development happens). We are looking for developers in Brazil who are comfortable collaborating in English, so fluency in the language is a must. We are looking for someone on a part time basis but we would consider full time involvement. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can establish and maintain secure infrastructure for our Flutter application while implementing DevOps best practices and ensuring robust security measures. Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our Flutter application
• Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure using AWS Amplify and related services
• Develop and enforce mobile security architecture and best practices
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for the application
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes for both iOS and Android platforms
• Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing
• Collaborate with Flutter developers to ensure infrastructure supports application needs
• Optimize application performance through infrastructure improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mobile DevOps and security
• Strong understanding of Flutter/Dart development and architecture
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Knowledge of AWS Amplify and cloud infrastructure management
• Expertise in mobile application security best practices and OWASP compliance
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Severless.com)
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and DevSecOps practices

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with performance optimization and profiling for mobile applications
• Experience publishing apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store with automated processes
• Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies
