Job summary

BairesDev is a remote-first technology company delivering AI-enabled mobile products to clients worldwide. This role focuses on building AI-native Android apps with Kotlin, leveraging Jetpack Compose and multi-agent orchestration to create new products from ground up.

You will work from a product brief to production, often exploring unfamiliar codebases and sometimes contributing to web or backend aspects. Strong English and autonomous work style are required.

Mobile AI Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build AI-native Android applications, working on net-new products with a product engineering mindset and minimal hand-holding. You’ll go beyond AI-assisted coding into real multi-agent orchestration, working from a 1-pager or PRD through to production. This is your opportunity to shape new mobile products from the ground up, combining deep Kotlin expertise with cutting-edge agentic AI frameworks in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

• Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar open-source agent frameworks.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.

• Full-stack range with comfort diving into unfamiliar codebases.
