Key Responsibilities:

  1. Influence management: lead, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of Communication, Data, and Projects teams.
  2. Results tracking: evaluate sales performance and suggest integrated actions in Marketing, Product, and Commercial areas to meet revenue, margin, and profit goals.
  3. Communication development: assist the team in creating communication briefs, pre-approve campaigns, and ensure the execution of planned actions.
  4. Project monitoring: support project teams to ensure timely execution.
  5. Event management: define objectives and metrics, map activities, manage agencies, and oversee the annual event calendar.
  6. Budgeting and forecasting: develop marketing budgets and monitor investments, adjusting plans as necessary throughout the year.
  7. Market monitoring: stay updated on competitors' movements and actions, identifying risks and opportunities.

Prerequisites:

  • Complete Bachelor's degree
  • Solid experience in 360º Marketing
  • Fluent in English
