Job Summary:
Biwin is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will lead our e-commerce strategy, enhance online business performance, and optimize the digital shopping experience for consumers. This position is essential for expanding our direct-to-consumer sales channels and increasing online brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales
- Manage and optimize performance on official company online store and third-party e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Newegg, Best Buy, etc.)
- Establish annual e-commerce business goals and key performance indicators
- Oversee product listings, content updates, and inventory management
- Ensure consistency of product information and pricing across all e-commerce platforms
- Optimize product pages to improve conversion rates and user experience
- Analyze e-commerce platform data to guide decision-making and strategic adjustments
- Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and cart abandonment rates
- Provide detailed sales reports and trend analysis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop e-commerce-specific marketing campaigns
- Manage search engine marketing and display advertising campaigns
- Implement email marketing and customer retention strategies
Inventory & Order Management:
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability
- Monitor order fulfillment processes and customer service levels
- Resolve inventory and logistics-related issues
Market Trend Analysis:
- Research e-commerce trends and consumer buying behaviors
- Monitor competitors' online activities and performance
- Identify growth opportunities and potential partnerships
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of e-commerce management experience in consumer electronics or related industries
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platform operations and optimization (Amazon, Newegg, etc.)
- Data analysis and interpretation skills, with knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency with e-commerce platform backends, CRM systems, and analytics tools
