Position requirements

• 2-4 years of QA/testing experience
• Proficiency with testing tools: Jira, TestRail, Postman
• Experience validating analytics/event data (Segment, PostHog, Mixpanel)
• Understanding of web technologies and mobile platforms (Native, PWA, React Native)
• Knowledge of API technologies and backend services
• Database testing experience with SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Third-party integration testing experience

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Conduct regression testing across all platforms during frequent releases
• Perform user acceptance testing for new feature rollouts
• Test APIs and backend services (REST, GraphQL, microservices)
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues
• Validate database integrity and data accuracy (SQL and MongoDB)
• Test analytics and event tracking implementations
• Investigate and reproduce escalated customer-reported bugs

Process & Documentation

• Create and maintain comprehensive test cases using TestRail/Confluence
• Track and report bugs effectively using Jira
• Participate in release sign-off processes
• Document testing procedures and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts
• Attend daily standup meetings with the QA Manager
• Coordinate with SDET team on automation handoffs
• Work with product teams to define acceptance criteria
• Integrate testing workflows with CI/CD pipelines
• Provide real-time support during overlapping EST business hours (11 am-2 pm EST)
