Flex is seeking an detail-oriented operations support professional in Manaus to handle daily processing of invoices, paperwork, and transactions. You will generate status reports, manage document numbers, and maintain catalogs for special projects.

You will enter data from source documents into the computer, assist production with inventory tasks, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting managers with various process reports.

• Ability to read instructions, perform data entry, and create simple correspondence.

Job Summary

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Demonstrates functional skills. Requires basic competency related to function. Demonstrates basic functional process knowledge and participates in process. Has awareness of Flex techniques. To perform the major job responsibilities the use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include word processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write and type simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
