In a nutshell

Eurofins develops all software applications in-house to support our laboratories globally. With hundreds of thousands of clinical diagnostic tests performed daily, our laboratories aim to provide the most advanced diagnostic techniques for patients worldwide. This requires extensive planning and technological support.

What business will you support?

We are developing eLIMS-NG, the 'Eurofins Laboratory Information Management System - Next Generation', a comprehensive suite of tools to support testing operations worldwide.

How can you help us?

As a Software Developer, you will contribute to delivering high-quality software, building and maintaining delivery pipelines, and embracing test automation and continuous delivery within an Agile environment. You will support and review code from other developers and foster strong relationships within the Eurofins IT community, following team guidelines and stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering and maintaining high-quality software through analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, operation, and support.
• Following Agile practices and Eurofins SDLC guidelines.
• Collaborating with users, analysts, architects, deployment teams, and other stakeholders to design suitable software and features.
• Building relationships within the IT community and with internal customers.
• Promoting team spirit and supporting colleagues through code reviews and mentorship.

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

• Minimum 4 years of experience in developing end-to-end solutions using .NET, C#, MVC, WCF, REST, WebAPI, NUnit/MSUnit, and Angular.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and n-tier architecture.
• Experience with test-driven development and test automation.
• Proficiency in full stack development, including frontend and backend technologies.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, especially MS SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud concepts and services like Docker and EKS.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles, including SOLID.
• Ability to independently resolve technical problems.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, with hybrid work arrangements.
