Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a QA professional to own manual and automated testing for Dynamics/CRM based solutions. You will design and execute tests, validate APIs, and ensure data consistency across internal and external systems.

Collaborating in agile squads, you will build robust test scripts, expand automation coverage, and help improve quality metrics as part of the squad's responsibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
• Postgraduate degree in IT or related field is desirable.
• Solid experience with manual testing and creating test scripts/cases.
• Proven experience in test automation, including development, maintenance and evolution of automated tests.
• Experience with API validation, integrations and data consistency analysis.
• Good communication skills, collaborative mindset and experience working in agile environments.
• Desirable: Previous experience with Dynamics/CRM (entities, permissions, flows and the impact of customizations).
• Experience testing internal or proprietary solutions in addition to commercial platforms.
• Experience structuring an automation strategy (layered coverage, stability and regression focus).

Responsabilidades

• Work with a deep understanding of the business and Dynamics/CRM solutions, including entities, business rules, relationships, access profiles, flows and the impact of customizations, as well as the company's internally developed solutions.
• Plan, create and execute manual tests (functional, regression and exploratory), applying a critical perspective and prioritizing higher-risk scenarios.
• Create and maintain test cases, ensuring traceability and adequate coverage of functional and technical requirements.
• Treat quality as the squad's responsibility: propose process improvements, monitor metrics (bugs, rework, regression) and adjust the test strategy each sprint.
• Create test automations (not just execute them): define what to automate, structure and develop scripts and routines, keep the test suite stable and valuable for regression, and continuously evolve automation (UI, API and other applicable layers).
• Validate integrations and data: test APIs and automated flows and ensure data consistency between Dynamics, internal solutions and other integrated systems.
• Work collaboratively within agile squads, communicating clearly and able to understand client needs (internal or external) and translate them into validation scenarios.
