Jobgether on behalf of a partner company in Brazil seeks a Mid-Level/Senior Cloud Applications Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based microservices using Go and Python.

You will work with AWS services, containerized environments, and Kubernetes/EKS to ensure reliability and efficient data exchange across systems. This role emphasizes platform-oriented practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Proven experience building backend microservices with Go and Python.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS for container orchestration.
• Experience with AWS services (SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed architectures.

Join a cloud engineering team working on a high-impact project within the financial services sector. You will design and develop scalable microservices using Go and Python, contributing to reliable and efficient cloud applications. The role combines backend development with AWS cloud services, messaging systems, APIs, and containerized environments. You'll help build solutions that enable seamless communication between services and efficient data exchange across systems. Your work will contribute directly to application scalability, portability, consistency, and operational efficiency. Requirements:

• Solid professional experience and practical expertise in Go (Golang).
• Experience developing backend applications and microservices using Go and Python.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) for container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud services, particularly SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
• Experience working with messaging systems and distributed application architectures.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and system-to-system integration.
• Experience with application containerization and modern cloud deployment practices.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and an interest in building scalable and reliable cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of Platform Engineering is desirable, particularly experience building and maintaining platforms that support cloud-based applications.
