Job Title: Systems Analyst PL

Join the GS/PSD143 team as a Systems Analyst PL, supporting the SAP EWM rollout across Latin America and other regions in collaboration with international teams.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Identify optimization potentials in logistics processes and IT systems, develop improvements, and drive their implementation.
2. Manage tasks throughout the supply chain, including testing and ensuring successful implementation in EWM operations.
3. Organize and facilitate EWM workshops to align processes with stakeholders.
4. Act as the process owner for specific work packages, ensuring compliance with the global template.
5. Support the warehouse project and innovation team using project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
6. Lead continuous improvement projects for warehouse operations in Latin America.
7. Support digitization initiatives across all warehouses in the region.
8. Provide training for SAP-EWM and related tools to end-users, key users, and management.
9. Assist with monthly SAP-EWM sprint planning, testing, and validation for the global team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Mandatory experience with SAP implementation, especially in MM and SD modules.
• Previous experience with WMS – SAP/EWM is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication, intercultural, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management focused on logistics and warehouse operations.
• Fluent in English; advanced/fluent Spanish skills are desirable.
