Jobtailor in Joinville, Brazil, seeks a mid-level IT Operations professional to manage access and identity governance across the company’s tools. You will handle frontline tickets, validate access requests, and enforce the principle of least privilege while maintaining secure user accounts.

You will evaluate PoCs for a new IDM system, implement connectors via REST APIs, and collaborate with security engineers to strengthen RBAC and SSO/SAML configurations across applications.

Qualificações

• Mid-level Pleno in IT Operations and Infrastructure.
• Experience with the Principle of Least Privilege.
• Experience with SoD matrices and RBAC.
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues in system integrations.
• Understanding of REST API concepts and basic programming logic.
• Knowledge of configuring secure login methods (SSO, SAML).
• Experience with IDM/IGA solutions (SailPoint, Okta).

Responsibilities

• Act as the front line, resolving tickets and access requests (via Zendesk and Slack), ensuring short SLA response/resolution times.
• Perform critical review and validation of access requests.
• Manage the full identity lifecycle (creation, modification, deactivation, and deletion) across the company’s main tools.
• Manage access permissions and profiles, strictly enforcing the principle of least privilege.
• Identify opportunities and implement automations in access request, approval, and provisioning workflows.
• Actively support the evaluation of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and the implementation project for the new IDM system.
• Assist in creating connectors and integrations via REST APIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience at a mid-level (Pleno) in IT Operations and Infrastructure roles.
• Hands‑on experience with the Principle of Least Privilege (ensuring only required access).
• Experience with SoD (Segregation of Duties) matrices and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Technical ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues in system integrations and user accounts.
• Understanding of REST API concepts and basic programming logic.
• Knowledge of configuring secure login methods such as SSO and SAML.
• Experience with commercial IDM/IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, or CoffeeBean).
