Jobtailor in Campinas, Brazil seeks a results-driven Client Success/Finance Associate to support clients via phone and WhatsApp, organize trainings, and nurture ongoing relations. You will monitor product usage and drive adoption of new features while coordinating schedules and recording interactions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
• Practical experience in financial processes, especially accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Interest in user training and systems implementation.
• Good communication skills and quick learner.
• Knowledge of the Domínio system, preferably the Honorários (Fees) module.
