You will collaborate with Agile teams to design, build, test, and implement reliable solutions, while supporting less-experienced developers and participating in Scrum ceremonies.

Qualificações

• Solid professional experience with Java and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing or developing microservices and microfrontend architectures.
• Knowledge of BFF and MVVM patterns.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles (SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DRY, DDD).
• Experience in Agile teams, esp. Scrum.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub.

This is an opportunity to join a high-impact financial services project as a Full Stack Developer working across modern backend and frontend technologies.
You will contribute to the evolution of scalable digital solutions while balancing technical excellence, maintainability, and business impact.
The role combines Java and Angular development with microservices, microfrontends, and RESTful APIs.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams to design, build, and implement reliable solutions for complex business needs.
You will also contribute to technical and architectural decisions and help continuously improve engineering practices and standards.
The position offers opportunities to support less-experienced developers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and evolve full-stack solutions using Java and Angular, with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, quality, and business impact.
• Build and integrate microservices and RESTful APIs to support efficient and reliable application architectures.
• Develop and maintain microfrontend solutions and contribute to the evolution of modern application architectures.
• Apply architectural patterns such as Backend for Frontend (BFF) and Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) where appropriate.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, practices, coding standards, and technical solutions.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and make thoughtful decisions considering scalability, maintainability, user experience, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout solution definition, development, testing, and implementation.
• Participate in technical and architectural discussions, helping ensure solutions follow established engineering best practices.
• Support and mentor less-experienced developers by sharing technical knowledge, reviewing approaches, and encouraging continuous learning.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and delivery activities within a Scrum-based development environment.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience developing applications with Java and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience designing or developing microservices and microfrontend architectures.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns such as BFF and MVVM.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices, including SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, DRY, and DDD.
• Experience working in Agile development teams, particularly with Scrum.
• Proficiency with version control and collaborative development tools such as Git and GitHub.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development and productivity tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a critical-thinking approach to technical challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Willingness and ability to support the technical development of less-experienced team members.

• Experience or knowledge of Software Architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern software delivery pipelines.
