As anIMC Analyst on our Brand Communications team, you ’ ll play a key role in bringing integrated marketing strategies to life — helping build brand equity and deliver impactful experiences across Brazil. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and flawless execution.

Based in São Paulo, SP , you’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Procurement, and agency partners to ensure campaigns are executed with excellence, on time, and on budget. If you’re passionate about communication, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, this role is for you.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Bringing Campaigns to Life – Support the planning and execution of integrated communication campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential channels.
  • Managing Media Investments – Collaborate with the marketing team to track media budgets, ensure timely payments, and maintain budget compliance.
  • Creating Impactful Experiences – Help develop and execute brand activations, events, and experiences that resonate with consumers.
  • Ensuring Alignment and Compliance – Coordinate internal approvals across legal, wellness, and customer affairs to ensure campaigns meet all requirements.
  • Driving Operational Excellence – Manage project timelines, deliverables, and phasing plans to ensure smooth execution.
  • Partnering with Agencies – Support the contracting process with agencies, media partners, and influencers, including NDAs and addendums.
  • Delivering High-Quality Assets – Work closely with creative and production agencies to ensure brand-aligned, high-impact deliverables.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Media, or Communications.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and digital media.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • A curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms, trends, and digital consumer behavior.
  • Differential experience in multinational companies, media groups, or communication agencies.
  • Intermediate to advanced Spanish.
