Jobtailor is seeking a Brazilian corporate lawyer in São Paulo for hybrid work at Itaim Bibi. The role focuses on drafting share/quota purchase agreements and corporate resolutions, with exposure to matters involving publicly traded companies. English fluency and OAB active status are required.

Ideal candidates bring strong drafting skills, experience with EGMs and board meetings, and a track record in corporate governance within Brazil.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Fluent English.
• Experience with various corporate acts and resolutions (EGM, written shareholders' resolutions, and board meetings).
• Experience drafting share/quota purchase agreements.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo.
