Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking a Global Administrator for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID to manage tenant-wide configurations, licensing, and compliance across multinational teams. You will oversee Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Copilot administration with a strong emphasis on security and data protection.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of global MS 365 experience, a degree in CS or related field, fluent English (German a plus), and excellent stakeholder management.

What will you do?

• Act as a Global Administrator for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administer key Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and M365 Apps.
• Manage tenant-wide configurations, updates, service health, and lifecycle, overseeing global licensing and service enablement.
• Administer Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, including licensing and tenant settings, ensuring compliance with data protection.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex or global issues and collaborate with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and Microsoft support/partners.
