A leading logistics company in Brazil is seeking an experienced HR Business Partners (HRBP) Manager to oversee human resources responsibilities across multiple locations. The successful candidate will enhance HR practices, lead initiatives for employee engagement, and manage HR professionals. POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Business Partners (HRBP) Manager will support the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partner with multiple site locations and functional leaders on strategic initiatives. This role will maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.This position will lead one or more HR professionals and will be accountable for employee performance, development, and goal achievement.

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree is required.

· HRCI/SHRM certification preferred.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manager+: plans, staffs, evaluates, and directs work of employees of a work unit. This role will have direct reports.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· This position is subject to sedentary work; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.

Visual Acuity

- Works in a typical office environment or productive remote setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Qualifications EducationRequired

Manage performance of the HR team members and drive accountability around goals and developing out HR talent.
5 yearsPartner with the site and functional leadership teams and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention. ·Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
5 yearsPartner with the site and functional leadership teams in developing, implementing, and tracking initiatives across the organization. ·Drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives to ensure the organization has the right people, right structure, and right processes to drive short and long-term business success. Develop and implement plans and programs to enhance employee engagement.
5 yearsServe as an HR business partner to various levels of the management teams for multiple locations and functions. ·Implement and communicate company-wide initiatives and changes. Provide counsel on matters of employee and organizational policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
