Job Description

  • Lead the merchandising team to achieve Perfect store target (price, planogram, MSL).
  • Lead the merchandising team to achieve GTM scorecard target (Route adherence, location adherence, ST).
  • Set clear team goals on long and short terms and oversee day-to-day operations in the market.
  • Monitor, evaluate and develop merchandising team performance.
  • Maintain a record of all point of sales material allocated to market.
  • Coach and actively engage with merchandising team members, obtain their feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts they might encounter in the market.

  • Analyzes common issues and proposes practical solutions.
  • Adapts solutions to varying situations with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborates with others to address recurring challenges.

Communication

  • Adapts communication style and initiates interactions.
  • Influences under pressure and summarizes for clarity.

Business analysis

  • Identifies areas for improvement in routine tasks and shares basic suggestions.
  • Gathers and provides relevant data to support problem-solving efforts.
  • Focuses on immediate tasks while recognizing opportunities for minor enhancements.

Leadership

  • Structures the work so it aligns with people’s goals and motivators.
  • Empowers others.
  • Makes each person feel his/her contributions are important.
  • Invites input and shares ownership and visibility.

Academic Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FMCG.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leadership role.
