Role Overview

We are looking for an expert in commodities who will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the customer's procurement commodity pool, business opportunity acceptance, quotation, performance guarantees, and handling pre-sales and after-sales issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a commodity pool plan based on customer industry characteristics and needs to maximize procurement satisfaction and coverage.
• Coordinate with the customer's procurement system and JD's system to develop and maintain the commodity information system.
• Identify and develop procurement business opportunities and demand, creating scenario-based commodity pools to increase natural procurement.
• Handle inquiries, compare prices, negotiate costs, and control profits and losses to ensure optimal costs.
• Analyze industry characteristics to formulate industry-specific commodity solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Over 5 years of experience in industrial product and MRO procurement, familiar with industrial procurement processes.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with various MRO products used in production lines.
• Price-sensitive with an understanding of cost structures.
• Strong teamwork skills, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other office software.
