Responsibilities:
  1. Food Preparation: Assist in preparing complete meals, including dinners, suppers, breakfast, coffee breaks, special dishes, and desserts, following established recipes and menus.
  2. Organization and Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment. Perform cleaning of produce, waste collection and disposal, and stock organization.
  3. Quality Control: Conduct food tastings, measure temperatures, and collect samples to ensure product quality and safety.
  4. Customer Service: Provide efficient and courteous service to clients, responding to inquiries and requests.
  5. Stock Control: Assist with receiving goods and managing inventory to ensure the availability of ingredients.
  6. Team Guidance: Guide kitchen assistants on tasks, deadlines, and safety standards.
  7. Substitution: Be available to substitute for the cook in their absence to ensure continuous operations.
  8. Compliance: Strictly follow the manual of good practices and food safety standards.
Requirements:
