What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage Oncology Specialists and other key experts within assigned accounts to deliver clinical messages
- Facilitate partnerships with various internal teams to proactively address customer needs and develop strategies
- Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists
- Execute market profiling to understand local healthcare delivery and payer systems
- Identify business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate efforts with the Oncology account team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree; advanced education or certification in a relevant field is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Oncology field
- Strong understanding of the payer environment and reimbursement challenges
- Proven ability to develop relationships with physician/customer clinical experts
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Biologics and buy-and-bill products
- Familiarity with NSCLC and dermatologic cancer markets
- Proven success and positive track record in complex markets
