We’re looking for a Media Analyst to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do.

In this role, you’ll:

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance media strategy tailored to the Brazilian market, with a focus on maximizing ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to search (SEM), paid social, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and new technologies in the Brazilian digital landscape to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Manage media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and pacing to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, data) to ensure media campaigns are fully integrated and aligned with overall business goals.
  • Negotiate with media partners and platforms to secure the best placements and rates.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Digital Media Manager or a similar role, with a strong focus on performance media.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian digital market, including consumer behavior, media consumption habits, and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). It is done with cooperation from the team in Argentina.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating to clear strategic insights.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
