Qualificações

A BIM Specialist generally covers the modeling of different trades (Architecture, Structure, or MEP), depending on your background and expertise. The scope may involve specific zones or entire buildings, with quality standards aligned with client requirements and team capabilities. This position demands a high level of modeling quality, technical knowledge, LOD, QAQC, and autonomy in self-management and modeling skills. A BIM Specialist proactively identifies conflicts during information review, modeling, and coordination phases, preventing client issues.

Mandatory Requirements

• An Upper Intermediate level of English is essential.
• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• Intermediate to Advanced Revit knowledge and practical experience.
• Experience with the mechanical trade.
• Experience in conceptual design and/or BIM-assisted design.

Desirable Requirements

• AutoCAD Plant 3D knowledge.
• Navisworks proficiency.
• Dynamo/Python skills applied to BIM technologies.
• Experience with US-based projects.
