The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or AutoCAD.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional level experience as Engineer or Designer
• Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, 3D modeling, and technical drafting. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or AutoCAD. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, develop manufacturing documentation, and support production activities. Knowledge of GD&T, BOM management, and manufacturing processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and HSSE standards.
