About the Opportunity:

Alcoa is seeking a Mecânico(a) I B to join our team at the Juruti/PA unit. The role involves executing quality maintenance on assets such as structural reinforcements, connections, floor plates or grates, corrosion treatment, and painting of industrial equipment and installations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Fabricating and installing structural reinforcements;
• Applying shielded metal arc welding processes;
• Replacing structural connection elements;
• Performing treatment and painting of metallic structures and equipment;
• Monitoring the opening and closing of service orders.

Qualifications and experience:

• Complete High School Education;
• Desirable: Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering – active CFT;
• Experience with TIG, MIG/MAG, shielded electrodes welding processes;
• Solid experience as a Mechanical Technician;
• Desirable: Knowledge in corrective and preventive maintenance of industrial mechanical equipment and report writing skills;
• Reside in Juruti/PA.
