Job Purpose

To ensure students' success and help them reach their full potential by implementing the SABIS curriculum and philosophy, and consistently applying the SABIS teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teach classes using provided lesson plans and develop plans as needed based on pacing charts, utilizing the SABIS point system.
2. Mark exams according to the schedule and materials provided.
3. Discuss disciplinary and performance issues with the Academic Quality Controller (AQC) and Head of Department (HOD) as needed.
4. Implement the SABIS Point System to create an effective learning environment.
5. Proctor exams, ensuring proper management of the test environment.
6. Support low-performing students through guidance and motivation.
7. Assist in external exam preparation and review previous exams as per the revision schedule.
8. Perform duties such as testing students, substituting for absent teachers, organizing students for meals and transportation, and other administrative tasks assigned by management.
9. Participate in student life activities, coordinating with the Student Life Coordinator (SLC).
10. Attend training sessions to enhance understanding of the SABIS system and improve student performance.
11. Perform other tasks as delegated by school management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Proficiency in English.
