Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Maintain a focus on understanding the impact of work when completing tickets and Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) tasks. Ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and policies. Build strong relationships with customers, manage expectations, and offer solutions considering ongoing company procedures.
- Data Bearing Device (DBD) Destruction: Perform destruction of DBDs following SLAs and policies. Ensure serial number matching and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
- Inbound and Outbound Logistics: Coordinate deliveries, document packages, and track inventory. Ensure proper customs documentation and physical inventory management.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate data within inventory systems. Conduct audits and manage material movements according to process standards.
- Operational Excellence: Follow procedures to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely operations.
- Procurement: Notify management of stock shortages and escalate issues.
- Safety Practices: Adhere to security and data policies. Participate in hazard analysis and coordinate security measures.
- Tactical Shift Management: Execute tasks independently, escalate issues during high activity, and leverage process knowledge.
- Travel Requirement: Up to 25% travel may be required.
- Warranty Process Management: Initiate warranty claims, process RMA devices, and adhere to SLAs.
- Other: Embody company culture and values.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 1+ year experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Business proficiency in English.
- Travel requirement of up to 25%.
- Background check requirements including Microsoft Cloud background check.
Additional preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience in warehouse/supply chain, operating heavy equipment, or equivalent experience.
