Position Overview:

Manage the execution of data creation and maintenance in the company’s core systems, including ERP systems such as SAP, and related applications for commercial, procurement, supply chain planning, and finance. Responsible for master data creation and maintenance, data definitions, educating end-users on master data management, governance, and process best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for creating and maintaining Material Master, Vendor, and Customer data.
2. Participate in ERP systems, workflow, and data synchronization initiatives.
3. Assist end-users with root cause analysis of data issues and resolution.
4. Analyze the downstream impacts of all master data changes, including integration points with other data domains and impacts on business processes.
5. Apply technical knowledge to all phases of systems analysis, considering business implications for current and future environments.
6. Develop detailed system design documents to support system requirements and ensure compliance with Ball standards.
7. Provide daily support for SAP ECC and S/4HANA related to Master Data Management to the user community.
8. Share ideas, information, knowledge, and data proactively to ensure collaboration and success of team, project, or task.
9. Contribute to achieving global metrics related to data accuracy, processing time, and lead time.
10. Provide training and support for business units and departments.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Broad training in a related field, usually obtained through college education or work experience.
2. Experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and its master data.
3. Experience working in a virtual environment.
4. Operational experience and understanding of business process flows.
5. Strong data analysis skills, especially with Excel.
6. Fluent in English; intermediate or fluent Spanish is a plus.
