CI&T is seeking a Master AI Developer to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven features, from refining requirements to building infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring. You will own full-stack development, ML tooling, and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with international clients while advancing AI agent frameworks and contributing to rapid, reliable software delivery.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in professional software development across backend, frontend, and database design.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with automated testing for non-deterministic AI outputs.
• Deep experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt/context engineering, and multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks and tools like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude Code, or Codex.

The Mission

We are looking for a Master AI Developer who views Artificial Intelligence not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for redefining how software is built. You won't just be writing code; you will be leading a dedicated cell responsible for the entire lifecycle of new features using AI agents—from refining high-level requirements to building the underlying infrastructure, deploying, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Analyze and refine high-level business requirements, transforming them into robust technical architectures.

• AI Orchestration & Evolution: Design, develop, and evolve AI agents and frameworks that automate complex workflows. You are expected to keep these agents "alive" and improve them.

• International Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for international clients. Advanced/Fluent English is non-negotiable.

• Full-Stack Engineering: Build, maintain, and scale the backend and frontend components that house your AI solutions.

• Automated Reliability: Implement comprehensive testing automation and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-velocity, low-risk deployments.

• Innovation & Productivity: Proactively research and propose new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can accelerate team productivity and product performance.

Required Qualifications

• Proven Full-Stack Experience: Significant experience in professional software development. You should be equally comfortable in the Backend (Python/Node.js/Go), Frontend (React/Next.js), and Database design.

• DevOps & Automation: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Testing Rigor: Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Unit, Integration, E2E) specifically applied to non-deterministic AI outputs.

• AI Expertise: Deep experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt and context engineering, and multi-agent systems (MAS).

• Agentic Frameworks and tools: Proven experience with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools like Claude Code and Codex for building autonomous agents.

• Agile Mindset: Comfort leading in a fast-paced, iterative environment where the "dedicated cell" model thrives.
