Marketplace integrations coordinator

This position is part of 99Abastece, a fuel marketplace developed by 99 that connects drivers and gas stations. The Marketplace integrations coordinator will be responsible to manage the partnerships with ERP’s, support sales teams and ensure the execution of integration processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate 99Abastece integration team.
• Ensure the engagement of partner ERP’s to improve marketplace integrations and quickly solve bugs.
• Track team performance and improve current processes related to payment disputes to gas stations and new vendors onboardings on the marketplace.
• Plan and deploy new business relationships with ERP’s
• Support antifraud action plans.

Role Qualifications

Necessary requirements:

• Experience leading people and team management.
• Commercial and negotiation skills to engage ERP’s in 99Abastece requirements.
• Process improvement and analytical skills to evolve current processes.
• Experience with internal and external stakeholders management.
• Capacity to work with high autonomy and handling high levels of uncertainty and changes.
• Advanced skills in English.
• Availability to work at the office 3x per week in São Paulo.

Nice to have skills:

• Previous experience in volatile environments, like the technology industry.
• Previous experience in software houses.
