Job Description

Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class level of service to Amazon’s Selling Partners?

The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) team aims to leverage the full potential of each Amazon Selling Partner. We provide strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to support our Selling Partners in achieving their goals. Our services cover various aspects of the Amazon Marketplace, including Expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, Promotions, Advertising Strategy, and Brand Building. We also assist in solving operational challenges.

Your objective is to support Selling Partners in growing their business and satisfaction by working backwards from their targets and developing a roadmap. You will proactively identify untapped potential, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop processes, tools, and content for this new service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues globally.

The ideal candidate will influence external stakeholders, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience using data and tools to drive growth, operating comfortably in an ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners, developing strategies, managing timelines, expectations, and communications.
  • Produce business recommendations and insights using analytical tools to interpret customer data.
  • Leverage Amazon solutions to meet Selling Partners' objectives.
  • Consult Selling Partners on opportunities and potential impacts.
  • Guide execution of strategic plans, address ad-hoc questions, and overcome operational challenges.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Educate Selling Partners on Amazon’s solutions and news.
  • Present performance deep dives and facilitate strategic discussions.
  • Own specific subjects within our service organization, such as Branding, Fulfillment by Amazon, Hiring, Tools, Deals, etc., and develop related processes and tools.
  • Develop local requirements to adapt standard processes to the needs of Selling Partners in Brazil.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
  • Professional or military experience.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail sectors.
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals.
