In Brazil, we have a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion squad, composed of representatives from various roles and areas. We believe that this agenda benefits from different perspectives and multiple experiences. Our leadership is committed to sharing and acting on our leadership principles, with the goal of ‘Strive to Be Earth's Best Employer’. We recognize that ‘Success and Scale Bring Broad Responsibility’.

Our groups include: BEN - Black Employee Network, Women@Amazon, Glamazon (LGBTQIA+), and People With Disabilities, with the latter launching in 2022.
