Summary
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for executing and implementing marketing initiatives within the territory, aiming to achieve various goals such as brand awareness, demand generation, client loyalty, channel recruitment and engagement, and online sales.

Job Description

Functional Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and send email marketing campaigns.
• Manage translation providers, bridging the gap between them and regional and HQ stakeholders, and close demands monthly.
• Ensure timely access to marketing materials for the sales team (server) and partner network (EPC), keeping them up to date.
• Maintain the Digipais portal with new regional content.
• Manage external providers and budgets for various activities, process purchase orders, and control spending.
• Control stock of gifts, folders, and marketing assets.
• Generate reports on actions and events in the territory.
• Update the institutional site according to global, regional, and local demands.

Requirements

• Education: Marketing, Publicity and Advertising, Design, Business Administration.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar marketing activities.
• Knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver; Intermediate Excel skills; HTML knowledge (desirable).
• Language: Intermediate English.
• Personal Characteristics: Proactivity, Creativity, Attention to detail.
• Managerial Skills: Organization, Planning, Prioritization.
