A global company in the Coatings industry is looking for a Marketing Segment Manager for its Marine division to lead marketing efforts across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the Energy segment, a strong educational background in Marketing, and proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. This permanent position is open to candidates based in Brazil, specifically Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo.

Qualificações

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Energy segment.

Airswift is seeking a Marketing Segment Manager to join a global Coatings leader supporting their Marine division across Latin America.

Location: Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo, Brazil

Employment Type: Permanent position

Only open to candidates based in Brazil

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic marketing efforts for the Energy segment across Latin America;

  • Develop and execute market intelligence, value propositions, and growth strategies;

  • Identify new business opportunities and support product launches aligned with profitability goals;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Energy sector;

  • Translate industry trends into actionable business plans and growth initiatives.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • : MBA or specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or Business Development

  • Portuguese

  • Fluent/Advanced English and Spanish

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Energy segment, preferably in LATAM-focused B2B marketing, sales, or business development roles

  • Experience in the coatings or paints industry

  • Strong track record in market development, strategic planning, and value creation
