What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct primary and secondary research to understand market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs
- Create and maintain detailed, data-driven customer personas that accurately represent target audiences
- Continuously monitor competitors' activities and develop competitive benchmarking reports
- Analyze brand health metrics and conduct brand health surveys to assess brand equity
- Synthesize research findings into comprehensive reports and presentations for cross-functional teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including survey design and statistical analysis
- Proficiency with research tools and data visualization platforms, such as Qualtrics, SPSS, Tableau, and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Experience in creating and updating customer personas to guide brand and marketing strategy
