We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Reporting Analyst to join Xometry’s Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing. This role will be critical for our financial tracking and performance measurement of Xometry’s Marketing department, owning budget management, spend tracking, and reporting across all marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a knack for working with numbers, and the ability to translate financial and performance data into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities
  • Budget Management
    • Track, monitor, and reconcile the marketing department’s budget across campaigns, channels, and programs.
    • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts and accruals.
    • Maintain real-time visibility into budget status, spend pacing, and variances.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track spend, ROI, and marketing performance metrics.
    • Deliver regular budget and performance updates to marketing leadership.
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
  • Process & Systems
    • Support implementation and improvement of marketing budget tools, templates, and processes.
    • Partner with channel and campaign owners to ensure accurate spend allocation and reporting.
    • Streamline reporting workflows to ensure timely, consistent, and reliable data delivery.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Advanced English level.
  • 2+ years of experience in budget management, financial analysis, or marketing operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics platforms to track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and responding quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
