Responsibilities
- Act as power administrator for the workflow platform, managing system configuration, templates, and permissions
- Oversee project management for marketing initiatives, providing status updates and addressing risks to ensure timely delivery
- Support vendor management processes including onboarding, invoicing, and compliance tracking
- Assist in developing and improving workflows, project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the marketing team
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI using dashboards, providing insights for operational reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing operations or related experience
- Experience supporting or managing components of multichannel marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in workflow management systems, particularly Wrike or similar platforms
- Strong skills in performance monitoring and data analysis for reporting purposes
