Responsibilities
  • Act as power administrator for the workflow platform, managing system configuration, templates, and permissions
  • Oversee project management for marketing initiatives, providing status updates and addressing risks to ensure timely delivery
  • Support vendor management processes including onboarding, invoicing, and compliance tracking
  • Assist in developing and improving workflows, project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI using dashboards, providing insights for operational reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing operations or related experience
  • Experience supporting or managing components of multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in workflow management systems, particularly Wrike or similar platforms
  • Strong skills in performance monitoring and data analysis for reporting purposes
