The Role

Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote and you can work from home.

To create the best experience for our new hire (you?!), this role does require that you are based within -8/+2 UTC.

What you’ll do

We will look to you for data collection, maintaining our attribution model, building reports and dashboards, and analyzing marketing-related data.

You will act as the data steward for the marketing team by becoming a domain expert in our marketing data sources and providing insights and advice based on the data available.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations, you’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, drive outcomes, and support the entire marketing team.

  1. Manage operational processes for marketing analytics to ensure clear tracking and clean data from lead to revenue
  2. Build, maintain, and improve reports needed to run the marketing organization using Looker, Salesforce, and other data sources
  3. Develop standardized tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance marketing reporting
  4. Collaborate with Oyster's Website Manager to improve web-to-lead conversion flows through data integration with HubSpot and Salesforce
  5. Lead projects to improve data hygiene and iterate on our attribution model

What we’re looking for

We seek an experienced marketing operations professional comfortable in strategy and execution, with foresight to help scale our operations.

Ideal candidate:

  • Has 4+ years in digital marketing analytics or marketing operations
  • Proficient in Looker or similar BI tools
  • Familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, and marketing processes
  • Effective communicator across marketing and sales teams
  • Detail-oriented, problem solver, works well under deadlines
  • Experience with data infrastructure (dbt, ETL, data teams)

Additionally, you will need:

  • A reliable home internet connection
  • Fluent English skills
