About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to join our growing marketing team for Ideals Board.

This person will be key in supporting our demand generation efforts, lead enrichment, campaign ideation, and campaign setup and automation, ensuring that we’re consistently filling the pipeline with high-quality leads and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation & Data Enrichment: Identify target audience and creative ideas, source leads from Apollo, Clary, Lusha, or other tools, receive lead lists from freelancers, and enrich leads ensuring completeness and accuracy (name, email, company, title, location, etc.).
  2. Campaign Execution: Build and launch outbound marketing sequences using platforms like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Amplemarket, or similar.
  3. Copywriting Support: Draft and edit short-form marketing copy for outreach and campaign flows (emails with attention to all conversion points).
  4. Performance Tracking & Iteration: Track campaign metrics (open rate, CTR, response rate, meetings booked, deals generated) and iterate based on data.
  5. Marketing Operations: Assist in organizing contact lists, updating CRM records, QA of campaign builds, etc.
  6. Event Distribution Support: Help with operational and distribution tasks around digital and in-person events (emails, lists, follow-ups).
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, enrichment, lead list building, or sales/marketing enablement.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools and platforms like Clay, Apollo, etc.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of outbound marketing metrics and copywriting best practices.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and autonomous.
  • English proficiency.
