MISSION

Lead the marketing efforts and contribute to the definition and implementation of the commercial strategy in the region, defining priorities and detecting opportunities to help the company balance the products marketed according to the liter of plasma (raw material).

ENVIRONMENT

  • Internal interactions: Sales Team, Medical Affairs, Market Access, PMO, Compliance, Training, ROW Affairs, Accounting, Legal, Technical Direction and IBAM Direction.

  • External interactions: Clients and Potential Clients, Scientific Societies and Distributors.

TASKS, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Marketing Manager Biopharma LATAM will be the regional marketing liaison in LATAM, reporting to the International Marketing Director and contributing to the definition of the commercial strategy in the region by:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the Region and ensure that customer needs are captured in regional marketing plans.

  • Establish clear priorities in the region seeking business optimization to balance the products sold according to the liter of plasma (raw material).

  • Provide key recommendations based on extensive customer knowledge/needs and a deep understanding of LATAM markets.

  • Collaborate with the ROW Affairs team and be the regional liaison to facilitate the implementation of local plans.

  • Be a key internal player and facilitator, navigating the complex internal matrix structure and maintaining fluent communication with all departments to ensure the advancement of key projects and keeping the client always in mind.

  • Support at International marketing level to the Biotest Specialty products franchise.

  • Coordination of Digital efforts (together with Franchise Directors) at International Marketing.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Biomedicine, Biology, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, among others.It will be positively valued: Post-Graduation, preferably in Marketing or Business Management.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in sales of blood products will be a differential to have already worked in the Marketing area.

IT (Computer skills)

  • Microsoft Office skills

LANGUAGES

  • Portuguese, English and Spanish at an advanced level.SKILLS (Personal Abilities)
