About the Kings League
Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a global phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop Marketing Strategies:
    Create and implement marketing plans aligned with the company’s business goals.
    Define the brand’s positioning, values, personality, and messaging in collaboration with senior management.
    Analyse market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
    Use data and insights to shape brand strategies, identify key growth opportunities, and improve customer experiences.
    Define target audiences and tailor strategies to different customer segments.
    Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  2. Campaign Management:
    Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events) that communicate the brand’s message and engage target audiences.
    Manage marketing efforts across different channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
    Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ROI.
  3. Content Development:
    Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, design) and external agencies to create engaging marketing campaigns.
    Supervise the creation of promotional content and materials.
  4. Ecommerce Strategy and Execution:
    Lead the development and execution of ecommerce strategies to drive online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
    Optimize the customer journey, ensuring smooth navigation, checkout, and post-purchase experience.
    Manage relationships with external agencies, developers, or partners to ensure high-quality user experience and website functionality.
  5. Budget Management:
    Prepare and manage the marketing budget for Brazil, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet business goals.
    Track expenses and ensure that all campaigns deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
  6. Lead Generation:
    Implement strategies to generate leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
  7. Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor a team of two marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and professional development.

Requirements

  1. +7 years of experience in marketing.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  3. Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  4. Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies and platforms.
  5. Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
  6. Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  7. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  8. Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  9. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  10. Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
