The Global Marketing team is seeking a skilled marketing professional responsible for shaping the global strategy of our genetic testing solutions, including launches, concepts, and campaigns. You will lead our consumer and patient initiatives, collaborating closely with Product Directors and Regional Marketing teams.

With excellent communication skills, digital savviness, and extensive marketing experience, you know how to translate strategy into targeted content delivered to the right audience at the right time. You excel in multicultural and cross-functional collaboration, preferably within a global context involving multiple stakeholders.

Managing diverse processes and projects requires a pragmatic, positive, and creative mindset, with both strategic and operational focus. A solid business acumen is essential to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. You will be part of the broader Global Marketing & Academy team, reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, and will experience a collaborative environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and communicate a clear, visionary marketing strategy aligned with Vitrolife Group’s long-term objectives for genetic testing solutions.
  2. Lead the development of value propositions, marketing plans, campaigns, and sales tools on a global scale.
  3. Plan and implement a marketing mix with a strong focus on digital strategies, including web, email campaigns, webinars, and social media content.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on service launches and campaigns, ensuring commercial impact through effective execution.
  5. Work closely with upstream product management to incorporate customer and market insights into product vision and roadmaps.
  6. Develop patient marketing concepts and campaigns to ensure effective communication and lead generation from this audience.
  7. Monitor campaign and launch effectiveness, continuously improving marketing activities.
Requirements
  • A master’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in regional or global marketing roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, omnichannel strategies, and marketing automation related to customer journey digitalization.
  • Strong background in marketing and brand management, preferably within the medical device or fast-moving consumer industry.
  • Business and financial acumen, with experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing sales data to inform campaigns and launches.

The interview will be conducted in English. The employee will be based in Valencia (Parque tecnológico de Paterna).
