Job Description

  • Prepare pre-opening budget and plan soft opening, grand opening activities and budget accordingly.
  • Strategic marketing planning for pre-opening and post-opening of the hotel.
  • Develop and implement overarching marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives of the hotel.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, guest preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Brand development and positioning
  • Define and maintain the Pullman brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and articulate a compelling brand narrative that resonates with the target audience.
  • Digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize for maximum impact.
  • Content creation and storytelling
  • Lead content creation efforts, developing engaging and relevant content for various platforms.
  • Craft compelling narratives that showcase the unique offerings and experiences provided by Pullman Ninh Binh.
  • Collaboration with sales teams
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Develop marketing collateral and materials that support sales efforts, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Public relations and media relations
  • Manage public relations strategies to enhance the establishment’s visibility and reputation.
  • Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure positive coverage.
  • Event marketing
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for events, promotions, and special packages offered by the establishment.
  • Coordinate with event planners and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Implement CRM systems to gather and analyze customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Personalize marketing communications to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Budget management
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors, and seek cost-effective marketing solutions.
  • Market expansion strategies
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop strategies for entering new geographic locations or demographic segments.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments for potential growth areas.
  • Competitor analysis
  • Stay informed about competitors’ marketing strategies, pricing, and promotions.
  • Adjust marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Crisis communication
  • Develop crisis communication plans to address potential PR challenges or negative publicity.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to mitigate the impact of crises on the establishment’s reputation.

Qualifications

We require…

  • 8 years of relevant digital marketing/marketing, creative strategy and/or content management experience is preferred.

Pullman Ninh Binh is a 283-room hotel located in the heart of Ninh Binh city.

Features include upmarket Food and Beverage offerings with 3 Restaurants and 3 Bars, large meeting and events space, 2 swimming pools, and extensive landscaping.

Food Connexion offers an all-day dining experience with live cooking by talented chefs from around the world, located on the Lobby level with outdoor and indoor seating overlooking the Atrium and landscape. It features pizza baked in a live kitchen, making it a family-friendly spot.

On the 27th floor, there is an innovative Cantonese cuisine restaurant and Mad Cow - Wine and Grill, a signature Pullman steak restaurant.

The 28th floor features a rooftop bar and pool, where guests can enjoy sunset views of Trang Anh.
