BeHeard Marketing is a Gen-Z-led creative agency focusing on social media marketing and content creation for brands, with a strong emphasis on F&B. We are seeking a Marketing Executive who can own client accounts from strategy to production, posting and performance review.

You will develop monthly content strategies, plan shoots, coordinate with clients, and manage posting schedules to ensure timely delivery of engaging content across platforms.

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or related fields
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and social media trends
• Creative with a good sense of what makes engaging content
• Strong communication and client-management skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable taking ownership of projects
• Basic knowledge of content production and video editing is preferred
• Agency, social media or content marketing experience is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Manage social media posting and content schedules
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements

About the role

Key responsibilities
