Roffe International Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a marketing specialist to create content for brochures, posters, social media, and email campaigns, while supporting events and roadshows across healthcare segments.

The role also involves coordinating with external agencies and partners, tracking campaign performance, and conducting market research to refine strategies.

Qualificações

• Education requirement as listed: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Healthcare/medical device/retail experience is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.

Responsabilidades

• Content Creation: Produce marketing collateral, including patient educational brochures, product posters, social media copy, and email campaigns.
• Events & Roadshows: Support event planning, product launches, CME events, and retail roadshows.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with external agencies, printers, media partners, and sponsors to deliver projects on time.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor digital marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and compile monthly ROI reports.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, medical technology trends, and consumer feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with external creative agencies, printers, media partners, and sponsors to deliver projects on time.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor digital marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and compile monthly ROI reports.
• Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, medical technology trends, and consumer feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience (healthcare, medical device, or retail experience is a strong advantage).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Soft Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, strong multi-tasking skills, and close attention to detail.
