About The Role

As a Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator, your role is to enhance our brand's visibility through social media management, partnerships, and managing social media interactions.

Requirements
What You'll Do
  1. Manage social media content, developing and executing a monthly content calendar with 20+ engaging posts across platforms.
  2. Create content highlighting tool usage, injury recovery tips, education, and athlete partnerships.
  3. Incorporate trending formats or concepts monthly to stay ahead of social media trends.
  4. Increase social media engagement rates by 300% within three months.
  5. Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages within 12 hours on business days.
  6. Identify, vet, and onboard 5-10 content creators quarterly, providing guidelines and managing content delivery.
  7. Build and nurture 10+ partnerships with brands, organizations, and athletes that align with our mission.
  8. Track and report on the ROI of partnerships and media coverage efforts.
  9. Monitor social media KPIs and create monthly performance reports for paid and organic campaigns.
  10. Analyze ad performance and comment section trends to refine creative strategies.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management or marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
