Description and Requirements

Key Job Responsibilities – the primary focus for the Marketing Campaigns Manager includes, but it is not limited to, the following topics:

  • Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals with focus on lead generation and qualification, pipeline growth and marketing generated revenue at a minimum ROI of 1:10.
  • Develop campaign strategy that integrates digital, social, emails, nurture flows and covers all GTMs with focus on demand generation.
  • Work closely with the marketing operations team that oversees budget allocation and ROI measurement to analyze and track campaign performance while optimizing strategies and report key metrics to drive continues improvement and results.
  • Manage the relationship with key industry alliances and agencies in the process of planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Stay tuned on market trends, customer insights and competitive dynamics in the IT segment.


Position requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, having worked with demand generation and campaign management within the enterprise IT segment.
  • Technical Experience: Proven track record of executing IT focused marketing strategies to drive lead generation and pipeline conversion. Expertise in marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot) and CRM (SFDC, OSC, D365).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Location: Living in Brazil or at small distance to work from the office 3 x a week.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. Collaborative, able to work in a cross-functional environment. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Attentive to details in managing projects and meeting deadlines.
