What you'll do
We're looking for a Marketing Analyst – Events & Field Activation to lead Clara’s physical marketing strategy across Brazil. You’ll plan, manage, and execute in-person brand activations—from industry conferences to intimate gatherings—with creativity and operational precision.
You’ll work across teams, partnering with Sales, Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing to build standout activations that attract attention and generate pipeline. You’ll be responsible for vendor management, budgeting, logistics, and reporting—all while ensuring every Clara experience is executed with excellence.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves
2+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or brand activations, preferably in a high-growth environment
Working proficiency in Portuguese and English
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to communicate clearly and negotiate with external partners
Experience juggling multiple workstreams and priorities
Creativity combined with executional rigor
Comfortable working with Sales, Brand, and Product Marketing teams
Interest in using AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency
Nice to haves
Background in B2B SaaS or fintech
Examples of standout activations or marketing events you've led
Knowledge of swag production, booth design, or managing third-party vendors
Basic proficiency in Spanish or interest in developing it
Analytical thinking with familiarity in spreadsheets, SQL, or Python

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
