JOB DESCRIPTIONAssist the Marketing team to achieve brands' objectives performing digital, design and administrative activities, developing strategies with medium impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Support marketing strategies development, new product launches and action plan implementation.
- Create new contents to websites and email campaigns.
- Follow digital market trends, monitor CRM activities, create and track social media KPIs.
- Develop online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.
- Monitor social media platforms, maintain and update digital tools (websites, Apps, etc).
- Conduct analysis and generate follow-up reports including performance and engagement results.
- Create new promotional materials and direct marketing campaigns.
- Support the sales team to ensure implementation of marketing and promotion tactics.
- Plan institutional communication activities (internal and external).
- Conduct administrative activities such as budget control, quotes, purchase orders, etc.
- Interface with eyecare professionals, digital influencers, PR/Advertising agencies and internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Regulatory, Logistics, Legal, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS- English - Intermediate degree desirable.
- Spanish - Intermediate degree desirable.
- Microsoft Office, Social Networks, Google Analytics/AdWords, RD Station, Social Ads, SEO, Canva, Adobe Photoshop.
- Desirable experience with SAP and SFDC.
- Strong analytical skills, Teamwork, Proactivity, Communication & Presentation skills.
